Balazs Baji has become the first Hungarian in history to win a medal in a World Championship individual track event after securing bronze at the IAAF World Championships in London.

Hungary's national champion finished third in Monday’s 110-meter hurdles finals in a time of 13.28. His national record stands at 13.15.
“This means a lot to me, this is way beyond what I was dreaming about. I still can’t believe it, I am so speechless,” Baji said after his bronze medal win. “After I finished that race I just sat down and watched around, this is a perfect atmosphere and this is a perfect moment.”
