Government officials and the new municipal assembly have agreed on the conditions for Budapest to host the World Athletics Championships in 2023.
According to MTI, a government decree codifying the conditions will be drafted before December 31.
Following a meeting of the Budapest Public Development Council, Gergely Gulyás, head of the prime minister’s office, said the central government and Budapest’s new leadership could reach a consensus on healthcare related development projects in Budapest.
However, in regards to the construction of a super hospital in southern Buda, no consensus was reached, as the municipality disagreed with the sites proposed by the government.
