The Finance Ministry has confirmed that Hungary and Serbia signed an agreement modifying their double taxation avoidance treaty in Budapest on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed by state secretary for tax affairs Norbert Izer and József Kerekes, state secretary at Serbia's Finance Ministry.
Izer said the agreement, signed after a meeting of the Hungarian-Serbian Joint Economic Commission, was "another step" toward closer economic ties.
