Hungary has expressed its condolences over the forest fire in central Portugal that has so far killed at least 62 people.
The Hungarian Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the Portuguese people and the families of the victims during Sunday's disaster.
The Hungarian Foreign Ministry said it learnt with shock about Sunday's fire and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
Hungary’s embassy in Lisbon is in close contact with local authorities in monitoring developments and it had no information about any Hungarian victims.
