The National Economy Ministry has ordered a probe of airlines that have violated consumer protection rules. In a statement issued on Thursday, the ministry said measures it had taken earlier had put an end to the “airport chaos”, reducing the number of late and cancelled flights, but problems and “legitimate consumer dissatisfaction” remained.
