The Hungarian Islamic Community has revealed that they will build a mosque in Zugló, an area in the 14th district of Budapest.
The mosque is currently under construction and will also become a cultural center for the Islamic community in Hungary.
The community has purchased an estate by the Róbert Károly Boulevard, Imam Miklós Ahmed Kovács announced in late January.
Atv.hu managed to find out that the center will be in Paskál Street, and will include a mosque, lavatory, library, children's supervision area, a shop, office, restaurant, fitness section and an apartment for the imam.
