Researchers’ Night will be held this Friday and Saturday, with over 3,000 programs offered in 150 venues in 53 Hungarian towns and cities.
Several institutions, universities and high schools, libraries and archives have joined the initiative, a European Commission program aimed at winning over young people for careers in the scientific community.
Participants include the Hungarian National Museum, the Holocaust Memorial Center and others, and corporate partners such as the headquarters of Ericsson Hungary.
Last year, visitors at the Europe-wide Researchers’ Night program reached a record-breaking 1.5 million in 30 countries, while Hungarian participants hosted nearly 300,000.
