The prime minister said that rural Hungary can only be successful if central European cooperation works.
Through the European Union's common agricultural policy (CAP), the government will spend HUF 4,265 billion (EUR 11.8bn) on the development of Hungary's rural areas, its agriculture and food industry until 2027.
Small localities and village parishes can apply for a maximum of HUF 30 million for the development of communal spaces and to hire a community organizer for one year.
