Minister Szijjártó noted that Slovakia was buying more than half a billion cubic metres of gas delivered via Hungary this year.
The prime minister said "corrupt dollars" had arrived in Hungary from Brussels, as well as from the US, in order "to influence the Hungarian public".
The consequences of the war were "unbearable" for Hungarians, or would be borne with "great difficulty", the prime minister said.
"At the front line the situation is unchanged; the fighting continues," PM Orbán said.
The prime minister said that cooperation between the two countries was close on both political and economic matters.
György Hölvényi highlighted the Hungary Helps program as an "exemplary" scheme aimed to "build hospitals, clinics and health infrastructure to ease the everyday lives of those suffering."
"Pro-migration forces plan to have one million migrants arrive in Europe every year, while the negative effects of illegal migration are obvious," Bence Rétvári said.
"We are involved in a fight for civilisation, with progressives on one side and patriots on the other," said the prime minister.
Minister Szijjártó said on Facebook that the current economic, political and moral crisis of Europe was clearly visible even from the other side of the Atlantic.
The ministry listed chicken, pork, cooking oil, eggs, milk, dairy products, flour and sugar as the staple products where prices must be reduced.
Minister Szijjártó welcomed the fact that it was once again confirmed that the US administration considered the Hungarian government a friend, and considered developing bilateral relations important.
"We have all been living in the shadow of war for three years, and we now have the best hope for peace replacing war," PM Orbán said.
Minister Szijjártó said the most important topic currently was "brokering peace in Ukraine".
